DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION:
ACCEPTED American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard (not debit or prepaid), Visa (not prepaid). Debit card not accepted unless otherwise stated below. A deposit amount of EUR 500 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Damage Waiver Liability section. NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted. A valid credit card in the first name and surname of the lead driver (no abbreviations) must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorize/charge a deposit. The credit card(s) must be embossed and a PIN number may be required. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Please note: Renters are expected on arrival to to provide address and availability details and e-mail address. In the event that renters fail to comply with additional requirement, there will be no reimbursement.
Please note prior permission must be obtained before cross border travel. Renter is allowed to drive the vehicle only in the countries included in the following list:: Vatican City, San Marino, France, Spain, Andorra, Gibraltar, Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, The Principality of Monaco, Switzerland, Austria, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia. In case of tolls/traffic fines, an administrative charge may apply. Administrative charge rate is 48.80 EUR inclusive of VAT.
Please note insurance coverage may change if you travel to areas Campania and Puglia (Naples, Bari and Brindisi). In the event of theft or fire occurring in the Italian regions of Campania and Puglia, regardless of the location where the rental has started, when purchasing “Car Body Package” or “Deluxe Package” services, Renter is liable to Lessor for a maximum amount equal to the amount indicated as “theft excess”, and in any case for a value not less than € 1,800. Moreover, in case of total theft, Renter will compensate Lessor for the amount corresponding to the full tank of fuel. please check with the car rental agent before you travel.
Please check with the rental provider in advance that the vehicle has the proper equipment in accordance with local traffic rules of the country or region you intend to travel to (eg. Winter tyres).
